Our unhealed inner child wounds from our mother (and from any parent) leave us vulnerable to bubbling feelings of lack. Lack of love, lack of security, lack of belonging.
Opening up to heal them can establish a foundation of belonging and security from which we build thriving and enriching lives.
Our Madre Wound Healing Círculo will be a hands-on facilitation of the remothering process led by Latinx Parenting founder, Leslie Priscilla.
Participants, particularly the inner children of all participants, will be invited to show up and let themselves be , as guided by our Future Abuelita/o/x Self to embody both the vulnerability of our Inner Niña/o/x and the strength and wisdom of our Inner Mother/Parent.
We will have the opportunity to practice holding, somatic attention, reflective listening, healing play, and be supported and listened to in a safe, trauma-informed, healing-centered space.
People who are new to the practice of remothering or reparenting as well as those with any familiarity with these practices are welcome and encouraged to join.
