As we gather in this virtual circle, we create a sacred space to honor both the light and shadow of our collective journey through the past year. "Sitting Together" is an intimate virtual processing circle where we'll hold space for one another as we explore our individual and shared experiences of grief, loss, and transformation. In this space, we will have the opportunity to: 

 Share our stories in a container of deep listening and compassionate witnesses 

 Connect with others who understand our grief and its connection to liberation 

 Honor the losses—both visible and invisible—that have shaped our year 

 Discover the healing power of community and collective presence 

 Begin weaving meaning from our experiences as we make commitments for the coming times 

This circle is open to all who feel called to process their grief in community. Whether your loss stems from personal experience or the global challenges we share, your presence, your truth, and your story are welcome here. 

Our time together will include a meditative practice, reflective writing time, structured sharing in small groups, and gentle movement to support our whole beings as we navigate these tender waters. No previous experience with grief work or processing circles is necessary—only a willingness to show up with an open heart and to hold space for others as they do the same.
